Merger & Acquisition Services     ·   Investigate the insurance risk management programs (current and historical) of target acquisitions.   Interview risk management and broker/agent personnel as part of due diligence process.   Work directly for principal or through legal counsel.   Identify coverage gaps, insolvent underwriters and exposure to additional retrospective premium adjustments.   Presentation of findings to senior management/Board of Directors.   Develop program for insuring new entity risks and/or assimilation into purchaser’s existing  insurance program.
